We are committed to making every WebBrick® Systems installation a complete success. To achieve this we make sure we are always geared-up to deliver prompt, technically-superior support to all our accredited installers, property developers and homeowners.

Accredited installer programme
The majority of our home automation solutions are designed, delivered and maintained by accredited installers. We provide thorough, hands-on training and excellent support throughout the sales and project lifecycles. For more details please refer to our installer section.

Supporting property developers
When designing our products we have been careful to provide all the features required to streamline large scale rollouts. We have taken equal care to ensure that we are prepared to support property developers in the areas described below and more.

An overview of our services
Planning: We offer high level and more detailed planning services to create the right solution for you and the building in which it is being installed.

Training: Because our home automation systems are almost completely configurable (there is no programming required), we can train anyone with the right basic skills how to make even quite complex changes to their system.

Configuration: This is normally a task carried-out by one of our accredited installers. However we can create configurations for individual customers or design easily-replicated sets of configurations to be used across entire developments.

Integration: Most equipment - from garage door controllers to central heating pumps - can be connected without any special thought or planning. If you have more complex systems or sensors to incorporate, we will be happy to help you find the best ways of connecting them and providing control and information to the homeowner.

Commissioning: WebBrick® Systems installations are generally straight-forward to test, even before all of the components are in place. We can help you carry out the testing or devise testing schemes for your electricians to use.

Handover: Homeowners and their families always benefit from a familiarisation session. Our accredited installers know how to help people get the most from their home automation systems. For larger developments we are happy to create custom user-guides or quick-start presentations.

Maintenance: WebBrick® Systems systems are extremely reliable and designed for many years' maintenance-free operation. However we can help you with tasks such as replacing backup batteries and provide rapid assistance in case of damage to cables or similar accidents.
